Strength Training

Journey into the dynamic field of strength training as students specialize in periodization programs utilizing Nautilus and free weight equipment. What are the differences between Nautilus and free weights? What are appropriate exercises for each muscle group to reach strength goals? What is body composition and how can exercise and nutrition improve it? Using this information students will develop their own personal lifetime fitness plan that will consist of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and body composition assessment.
