Journey into the nutritional domain to understand individual energy needs. This course brings the physiological effects of nutrition and physical activity in a powerful blend of theory and practice into the classroom. Students will utilize state-of-the-art technology in the analysis of nutrition and physical activity. Content includes fueling the muscles, quick energy snacks, fluids, pre-exercise meals, recovery foods, supplementation, and eating disorders.
